At this moment, iMM is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Aging and Tissue Repair Laboratory coordinated by Pedro Sousa-Victor and Joana Neves, under the research project “The Interplay of Aging, Immune Signaling and Stem Cell Function”, funded by the European Research Council (ERC-2023-COG, HORIZON-ERC), to execute the following activities:

Develop new models of immune aging to study regeneration;
Study how changes in the immune environment of the skeletal muscle contribute to regenerative decline in aging;
Develop, in animal models, immune modulatory interventions to maintain regenerative capacity in aging.
