Engineering of human forebrain organoids from human induced pluripotent stem cells for modeling of Rett Syndrome. These organoids can help researchers study how MECP2 mutations affect early forebrain development and neuronal activity. They may also provide a platform for testing potential treatments for Rett syndrome.
