CO2 Incubator for Microscopy
This incubator allows the acquisition and analysis of images over time in the ideal growing conditions of the cell lines analyzed. CO2-control device to generate a CO2-air mixture with an adjustable CO2-concentration. Pure CO2from an external source (e.g. gas cylinder) is fed into an internal mixing chamber where two fans provide an optimal CO2 dispersion. The CO2-concentration in the chamber is permanently monitored by an Infrared absorption based CO2-sensor and displayed at the front of the unit.
