Generation of a full set of data for the human genome takes a maximum of 48 hours. However, in order to provide stable sets of data, unless there is no new data to incorporate, updates will normally only be made every four months, with previous sets of data remaining available for reference.
To request large sets of data for microarray analysis please contact the ExonMine team at exonmine@fm.ul.pt.
We are also open to requests for splicing data for other genomes.
