The Leica DMR is an upright widefield fluorescence microscope equipped with phase contrast objectives and a color camera for brightfield/fluorescence imaging. If its color camera is not sensitive enough for your fluorescent sample try the Leica DM5000B instead. If your sample is not fluorescent, the Leica DM2500 is also an option for brightfield imaging. If you want to image live samples and/or perform time-lapse experiments check out the Zeiss Axiovert 200M instead.
