We perform daily Cytometer Setup & Tracking (CST) on our cytometers using BD CS&T research beads to track performance metrics such as detection efficiency, standard deviation of electronic noise, laser current, and optical background. We also run Rainbow Beads (RB) to track the performance of the BD LSRFortessa analyzers. routine calibration of flow cytometers, specific for following the EuroFlow(TM) standardization guidelines.
You can check the CST results for each system on Diva (go to Cytometer → Performance Tracking (LJ)).
