The database (and Forum) will operate by invitation only.

A selected group of research experts are being identified by the ERA Chair as well as iMM Group Leaders. The registration is simple however, we will provide all necessary information, both for new contacts and also areas of expertise. The information contained in the database will be confidential and will be protected for its integrity. The project manager is responsible to verify the credibility of each registrations and a new user can only access the database, if accepted by the database administrator (Project Manager). Additionally, the database aims to include contacts from the industry and other key individuals related to the research field.

The mandatory information to register is:

• 1. Name;

• 2. E-mail;

• 3. Work area;

• 4. Details of the work and;

• 5. Keywords for other users to find and establish contact with, which is the main purpose of the database.

Only registered users will have access to this information, after the approval by the administrator (Project Manager). All information collected during the database and project active period will be stored for up to one year after finalization of the project. All registry information will be stored in a database and managed by iMM Informations Systems unit.
If a user wants to erase his registration, then, the user must access the database and delete their profile. With this erase, all information’s related with the user will be deleted.
