Flow Data Analysis Service
Our platform provides access to dedicated flow cytometry data analysis workstations equipped with licensed software for data analysis. Users have access to a range of professional tools, including FlowJo, IDEAS, and SpectroFlo.

We also provide access to OMIQ (Agendo) and Cytolution (Agendo) through shared institutional licenses. To request access, please book a session through the Agendo booking calendar and follow the instructions available under “More information” for login details and software access.
In addition to FlowJo training, we offer consultation sessions for users seeking to optimize their analysis workflows, explore new tools, and improve efficiency in data analysis.
For advanced applications, we assist with complex datasets and introduce new approaches and tools to enhance data interpretation.
