Flow cytometry data analysis can be performed either on-site at the Foxtrot workstation or remotely (restricted to Lisbon GIMM users).
In all cases, analysis is conducted within a Mambo Area, where the required software is available (see table below).

Remote users must reserve a Mambo Area via the Agendo Calendar, while on-site users are required to book both the Foxtrot workstation and a Mambo Area. Agendo Calendar links are provided in the table below.

The Moonwalk is a high-performance data analysis workstation dedicated to analysis of spectral flow cytometry data with SpectroFlo.

The workstation is also equipped with FlowJo Software with a shared license from the Flow Platform, and the IDEAS software 6.2 to analyse your data from the Amnis Image Stream.

It is available free of charge, but please remember to book your session in advance through the Moonwalk Agendo system.

If you need to analyse your data in FlowJo and SpectroFlo remotely, use the Tango Workstation.



Tango is a remote high-performance data analysis workstation.

If you have IGC credentials, you have access to FlowJo Software and also to IDEAS software and Machine Learning to analyse data from the Amnis ImageStream.
It is available free of charge, but please remember to book your session in advance through the Tango Agendo system - Oeiras Users

For users at the Lisbon site, access is limited to IDEAS software 6.4 and Machine Learning to analyse data from the Amnis Image Stream.
