Flow cytometry data analysis can be performed either __on-site at the **Foxtrot workstation**__ or __remotely (restricted to Lisbon GIMM users)__. 
\\
In all cases, **analysis is conducted within a Mambo Area**, where the required software is available (see table below). 
\\
\\
Remote users must reserve a Mambo Area via the Agendo Calendar, while on-site users are required to book both the Foxtrot workstation and a Mambo Area. Agendo Calendar links are provided in the table below.

\\

===== Workstation overview =====

The Moonwalk is a high-performance data analysis workstation dedicated to analysis of spectral flow cytometry data with **SpectroFlo**.

The workstation is also equipped with **FlowJo Software** with a shared license from the Flow Platform, and the **IDEAS software 6.2** to analyse your data from the [[imagestreamx|Amnis Image Stream]].

It is available free of charge, but please remember to book your session in advance through the [[https://europe.agendoscience.com/calendar/?id=MTljYWxlbmRhcnM=|Moonwalk Agendo system]].

If you need to analyse your data in FlowJo and SpectroFlo **remotely**, use the **Tango Workstation**.
