At our platform, we provide training for users who are getting started with **FlowJo**.

Our **2-hour FlowJo training session** covers the basic features and a standard workflow using your own data. 
Assisted sessions are also available if needed.

Our facility also provides access to and support for other software platforms, such as **Cytolution** (Cytolytics) and **OMIQ** (Dotmatics).

We also offer a <html><a href="https://imm.medicina.ulisboa.pt/facility/flowcytometry/doku.php?id=dataanalysis">Data Analysis Service</a></html> for experienced users seeking to optimize their analysis workflows, explore new tools, and improve efficiency in data analysis.
