Diana joined the Flow Cytometry Facility in November 2017 after postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing, where she developed high-throughput flow cytometry methods to study autophagy. Diana was trained by Kat Folz-Donahue at the Flow Cytometry Facility at MPI-AGE and has trained herself students and colleagues, besides participating in different research projects that resulted in 10 published articles. Rute joined the Flow Cytometry Facility in December 2018, after working at the Immunobiology and Pathogenesis Lab at CEDOC, under the supervision of Dra. Helena Soares, studying the main TLR4 signaling pathways in human T cells. She was also responsible for CEDOC’s Flow Cytometry Facility from April 2018 to October 2018, providing cell sorting services, supporting researchers in cell analyzers as well as software and data analysis and of course performing all the daily equipment maintenance and quality control. <br> |
