{{:warning.png?25|}} **After a second infraction, the user will be forbidden to use the resource in question for a period of one week**.

===== Usage Rules =====
  - Users must have a valid reservation in an imaging system before using it.
  - Users must follow the **Turn ON** and **Turn OFF** procedures for each system. When in doubt please [[imm-bioimaging@medicina.ulisboa.pt|contact us]].
  - Users must **warn the previous user** or **shutdown the system** themselves if they cancel a reservation

===== Booking Rules =====

  - Users can book systems up to **7 days in advance** (booking window starts at 13h)
  - Users must use their own booked time and not book or use a resource with other username.
  - Users will lose access to a system if they don't use it within **2 weeks** after training.
  - Users will lose access to a system if they don't use it for more than **3 months**.
  - Users that have lost access to a system may have to repeat training to use it again.

The microscope booking is divided in three daily slots:
|  9:00 to 13:00  |  13:00 to 17:00  |  17:00 to 21:00  |

  - A **user** can book at maximum **2 sessions per week**
  - Each **session must fit inside one of the three daily slots** (i.e. a session booked from 11:00 to 14:00 counts as 2 sessions)
  - The above rules do not apply for **weekends**, **holidays** and for working days **before 9:00** and **after 21:00**
  - The above rules do not apply for sessions booked on the very same day or **24 hours ahead**
  - Exceptions to these rules require **approval from [[joserino@medicina.ulisboa.pt|José Rino]]**.
  - Users **must indicate if they will use the incubator** (write 37C INCUBATOR as a comment in the booking)

===== External users =====
  * External users must indicate a member of the iMM that will be in the institute at the same time as the external user.
  * The name and contact of the iMM member mentioned above must be filled in the Booking Description.
