PSFs
We image sub-resolution fluorescent beads (0.17 μm diameter) and use PSFj to analyze the acquired Point Spread Functions (PSFs) and determine the resolution in x, y and z for each objective.
Illumination
We measure the intensity of fluorescent lamps, LEDs and laser lines in each system.
