{{psf.gif?100 |}} We image sub-resolution fluorescent beads (0.17 μm diameter) and use [[http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:analysis:metroloj:start|MetroloJ]] to analyze the acquired Point Spread Functions (PSFs) and determine the resolution in x, y and z for each objective.
