The Bioimaging Nano Course is an introductory course on Microscopy for beginners or intermediate microscope users. In this course, you will become familiarized with both basic microscopy techniques and more advanced topics such as 3D microscopy, live imaging, FRAP, Photoactivation and FRET, during three afternoon sessions. We will discuss all the relevant background in fluorescent widefield and confocal microscopy and we will also provide practical information on how to efficiently prepare samples, acquire data and obtain publication quality images.
