| + | {{ :zeiss_lightsheet_z1_with_name.png?160|}} Light sheet fluorescence microscopy uses a thin sheet of light to excite only fluorophores within the focal volume and orthogonal detection for high-speed 3D imaging of large, optically cleared or water-immersed live samples. This workshop intends to provide a brief introduction to light sheet microscopy and applications and is designed for cell biologists with prior experience in light microscopy that are interested in using light sheet microscopy for their research. It will consist of lectures and practical hands-on sessions in light sheet microscopes. Theoretical lectures in webinar format can be followed in person at the iMM, or via Zoom. | ||
