===== Microscope overview =====
The Leica DMR is an upright //widefield fluorescence microscope// equipped with phase contrast objectives and a color camera for brightfield/fluorescence imaging. If its color camera is not sensitive enough for your fluorescent sample try the [[leica_dm5000b|Leica DM5000B]] instead. If your sample is not fluorescent, the [[leica_dm2500|Leica DM2500]] is also an option for brightfield imaging. If you want to image live samples and/or perform time-lapse experiments check out the [[zeiss_axiovert_200m|Zeiss Axiovert 200M]] instead.
