His MSc project aimed at observing cancer cell transendothelial migration in real-time, using a microfluidic device, and required the optimization of 3D live-imaging acquisition. During his master thesis he used several different microscopy techniques: widefield, spinning disk confocal, point-scanning confocal, lightsheet, and multi-photon microscopy.
